Sleeping six (or even eight if you bring the sleeping bags), there is ample space for everyone to move around and be indoors, outdoors or about in the community. You will find all the conveniences of home here! Three TV’s and DVD Players, WiFi, fully stocked kitchens, washer/dryer, game room and a dock with a complimentary pedal boat. Kayaks are coming in near future!

 

You can relax while just watching the water from the breakfast area. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the rustling of leaves as fall draws in. You may see a deer walk by at any given moment as they roam freely in the neighborhood. Or maybe the occasional turtle will pass by. Or you can sit on the back deck and just watch the water in the cove as you hear the sounds of nature soothing the spirit.

 

Once you are ready to go, you can take a ride on the complimentary pedal boat on to Lake Chickasaw. Being the more private of the two lakes, no gas-powered motors are allowed allowing the full nature feel to sink in. You can go fishing on this lake! Lots of opportunity for blissful play surrounds you here!

 

Once back, kick back and enjoy one of the TV’s with movie options on Direct TV or DVD. Have fun in the game room with Air Hockey, board games or football. Some wonderful possibilities to consider include:

Scrapbooking for a ladies getaway. Photography opportunities abound in the community.
A ladies retreat from church or just a weekend getaway for guys and girls.

More boating possibilities at the marina if you want to go on the big lake.

The lake is privately maintained so water levels are always good. Both lakes have plenty of fish. There is a fun park by the big lake with lots of open space. Another park has hiking trails, playground, open fields, tennis and a pool. There is also a smaller pool in another part of the community shaped like an arrowhead for fun. Fields are so big, you can play games like football, soccer, frisbee, fly kites or just run around in a good old-fashioned game of tag.

 

Somewhere along the way you’ll get hungry so you can cook up a wonderful meal in the fully stocked kitchen or you can hit the Grill in the clubhouse with their yummy offerings. Of course, you can venture into Canton which has loads of options or head north for some good cooking in the mountains. Lots of options!

 

Once your day is done, enjoy a restful night in the master on main bedroom with King Bed. And if you like hearing the outdoors while you sleep, the screened atrium style door will allow the outdoors sounds to sing into your room.
